Your original tickets are no longer valid. You will be issued new ticket(s) for the new venue, that are at the same price level as previously purchased.
If you have purchased parking at WIN Entertainment Centre, this will be refunded. You’ll receive an automatic refund on your original method of payment* within 14-21 days depending on your bank's processing time.
New tickets will only be issued to the original purchaser. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via “Ticket Transfer”, you will need to contact the original account/credit card holder.
If you had previously transferred your tickets to someone else, tickets have been moved back to your account in order to properly relocate you. To transfer your tickets again, sign into your online account and click on the appropriate button in your order.
