Spartan Stadion & Spartan Kids Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The Promoter is WIN Sports & Entertainment Centres, 3/49 Harbour Street, Wollongong NSW 2500.

2. Competition Period

What's On in Wollongong
The competition opens on Thursday 23 October and closes at 9:00pm AEDT on Monday 27 October ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

Parents Guide Illawarra
The competition opens on Thursday 30 October and closes at 9:00pm AEDT on Monday 3 November ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, What's On in Wollongong, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:

  • Comment on the competition post on the ‘What’s On in Wollongong” or "Parents Guide Illawarra" Facebook or Instagram page and tag a friend you would race with.
  • Follow both @winstadium and @whatsoninwollongong or @parents.guide.illawarra on Facebook, or @win_stadium and @whatsoninwollongong or @illawarra_parentsguide on Instagram.

Participants may enter multiple times, provided that each comment tags a different friend. Duplicate or spam entries (e.g. tagging the same person repeatedly) may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

Bonus entry (Instagram only):
Participants may receive one (1) bonus entry by sharing the competition post to their Instagram Story and tagging both @WINStadium and @WhatsOnInWollongong or @illawarra_parentsguide.
Bonus entries will only be considered if the tagged Story is correctly visible to the Promoter’s account. 

5. Prize

What's On in Wollongong
There are five (5) prizes to be won, consisting of:

  • Two (2) entries to Spartan Stadion at WIN Stadium on Saturday 29 November, 2025.
  • Total prize value: Approx. AUD $268.
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner is responsible for all other costs, including transport and accommodation.

Parents Guide Illawarra
There are ten (10) prizes to be won, consisting of:

  • One (1) entry to Spartan Kids Race at WIN Stadium on Saturday 29 November, 2025.
  • Total prize value: Approx. AUD $39.
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The winner is responsible for all other costs, including transport and accommodation.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on Tuesday 28 October at 10:00am AEDT (WOIW) and Tuesday 4 November at 10:00am AEDT (PGI).
  • The winner will be announced via “What’s On in Wollongong” or "Parents Guide Illawarra" social media and contacted via direct message.
  • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Use of Personal Information
By entering, participants consent to WIN Sports and Entertainment Centres, What’s On in Wollongong and Parents Guide Illawarra using their name and social media handle for the purpose of announcing the winner and promoting the competition.

8. General Conditions

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Event Disclaimer
If the Spartan Stadion or Spartan Kids Race is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, the Promoter is not liable for prize replacement or compensation. Tickets are issued subject to the event and venue's terms and conditions.
